Procedures

• E-mail or phone us to find out about availability
• Once confirmed you will then need to deposit the full amount for your dogs stay, this will confirm your booking (fees are inclusive of day of arrival and departure)
• We will then e-mail you the details and boarding agreement forms as well as a list with some tips of what to bring with for your canine friends stay
• Make sure that your pet has had his annual check up with his vaccinations
• Please have their tick and flea control, de-wormer as well as their canine Kennel Cough done at least 14 days prior to being booked into the kennels
• Vaccinations must be sent through to us 1 week prior to the arrival date
• You can then e-mail the forms back to us or bring them along with you when you bring your dogs through for their stay
